Since 2011, the Family Service of RWTH Aachen University has been awarding the "FAMOS für Familie" prize: Heads of organizational units that enable an exceptionally supportive work culture with regard to the compatibility of work, family or care can be nominated for the prize by their employees.

We are delighted that Anke Naujokat is one of this year's award winners. During the award ceremony, Thomas Trännapp, permanent deputy to the RWTH Chancellor, quoted from the jury's verdict that "Prof. Naujokat particularly impressed the jury by the fact that in recent years, especially in terms of the additional challenges such as the Corona pandemic, the flood disaster and care shortages, she always had an open ear for the employees and showed a high degree of understanding for the different situations. Actively asking about the well-being of employees is a matter of course for Prof. Naujokat – the jury also finds this quite excellent."
