Experiment in the Field: Floor Plan and Brick Layout

  
A group of students laid out the floor plan of the Villa Rotonda in Vicenza according to instructions of Bruno Schindler. One worked after the plan of the Quattro Libri, whose modular structure follows the Vicentine Piede (foot) and Passo (step).

The dissolution of the architecture in bricks clearly showed the connection between the building practice and the proportion of the division of the square building.

The final overflight allowed to directly experience the beauty of the architecture.
