Students who wish to complete their Master's thesis in an architectural-historical context can further develop their project idea for an M3 thesis in exchange with the staff of the Chair of Architectural History.

Please send project ideas for Master's degree topics digitally as PDF to naujokat@ages.rwth-aachen.de by December 15, 2020 (working title, project idea of one to two DIN A4 pages of text plus illustrations, contact information). Later submissions will not be considered. The Chair of Architectural History can supervize six master theses per semester.

Those students whose project idea is accepted will then prepare a thesis exposé, the aim of which is to develop a task by working out the factors important for the respective topic. Participation in the thesis exposé is a prerequisite for writing a master's thesis at the Department of Architectural History.
